Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visual concepts, including logos, branding systems, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Produce high-quality digital assets for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure cohesive design systems.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients with confidence.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer (minimum 4-5 years).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback.
