Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the visual identity system, including logos, typography, and color palettes, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and visual assets for web, mobile, and print media using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate user research into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output ahead of the curve.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and project scopes.
Qualifications
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, brand identity, and UI/UX.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a tech or agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
