Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery across digital and print mediums
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Create compelling marketing collateral (brochures, social media assets, web banners) aligned with client KPIs
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into digital products
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with agency or in-house corporate portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with brand development and visual identity systems
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital, and motion design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
