Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visual concepts and design solutions for a diverse range of digital and print media.
- Lead the design process from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and strategy teams to translate business objectives into visual narratives.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong, polished portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and project types.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
