Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets including logos, branding, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
- Optimize designs for various media formats, ensuring responsiveness and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software updates to keep Lumina at the forefront of creativity.
- Manage and organize the creative asset library for efficient team retrieval.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital, and web design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing environment is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
