Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for digital platforms, marketing collateral, and brand identities
- Develop innovative visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design assets
- Maintain and evolve our brand visual identity system across all touchpoints
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma)
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition
- Experience with print production and digital design best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign design, and UI/UX sensibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
