Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery, including branding campaigns, digital interfaces, and print materials
- Develop innovative visual solutions that align with client brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints using design systems
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback iteratively
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Experience with motion graphics and basic 3D rendering (Cinema4D/Blender preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing both print and digital design excellence
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design frameworks
