Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Create visually striking digital assets including web banners, social media campaigns, email newsletters, and UI mockups
- Develop comprehensive print collateral including brochures, packaging, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visual strategies with business objectives
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize design performance and engagement metrics
- Maintain and evolve our brand design system while mentoring junior designers
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with proven portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with responsive web design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
