Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design of end-to-end visual campaigns for high-profile clients.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure design alignment with brand voice.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive visual brand guidelines and design systems.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster creative growth.
- Prepare high-quality assets for print, web, and social media channels.
- Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, typography, and emerging digital tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating versatility, sophisticated typography, and expert layout skills.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
