Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery, including branding, digital campaigns, and UI/UX assets
- Develop innovative visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Manage design assets and maintain a cohesive visual library across all platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design effectiveness
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
