Responsibilities

- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and present design concepts to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, meeting strict deadlines
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design system documentation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging design trends and opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand guidelines
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
