Responsibilities
- Develop brand identities, digital campaigns, and print collateral for high-profile clients
- Lead design sprints and present concepts to executive stakeholders
- Manage project timelines using Agile methodologies and Figma
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize visual performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across channels
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with digital-first portfolios
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Experience managing brand guidelines for enterprise clients
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into visual solutions
- Proven track record of delivering projects on tight deadlines
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and 3D rendering skills preferred
