Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final deliverables (branding, digital assets, packaging)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines ensuring visual consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Create motion graphics and interactive prototypes for digital campaigns
- Conduct user testing sessions to optimize design effectiveness
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill workshops
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating brand systems
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong typography and layout skills with knowledge of print/digital production
- Experience with Figma/Sketch for UI/UX design systems
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent portfolio strength)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for digital design implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
