Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, including branding, digital campaigns, and UI/UX assets
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and visual systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Create compelling visuals for web, mobile, social media, and print materials
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) and Figma preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating brand development and campaign design
