Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print media
- Create visually stunning graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and product packaging
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into impactful design solutions
- Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing a plus
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into tangible, user-centric designs
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
