Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for digital and print media
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and visual systems for diverse clients
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure cohesive visual experiences
- Create compelling marketing assets including social media campaigns, presentations, and advertisements
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design consistency across projects
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies in the creative industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, typography, and digital design expertise
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles preferred
