Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative graphic designs for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand assets
- Lead creative concept development from ideation to final production
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage design projects from brief to delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge
- Optimize designs for accessibility and cross-platform compatibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and interactive design (Figma, After Effects)
- Proven ability to translate business goals into effective design solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field preferred
