Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end design solutions including brand identities, digital campaigns, and print collateral
- Lead creative workshops to translate business objectives into visual strategies
- Manage design projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance digital product experiences
- Maintain and evolve our brand design system across all touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand systems
- Experience designing for both digital and print media with responsive design principles
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Proven project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
