Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a consistent visual identity for our brand across all marketing collateral, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Conceptualize creative solutions for digital campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
- Review and edit designs created by junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, software capabilities, and industry best practices to keep our work innovative.
- Collaborate with copywriters and developers to ensure seamless integration of design assets into final products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and problem-solving abilities.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
