Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create visual designs for marketing campaigns, social media, and web assets.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the copywriting team to align visual narratives with strategic messaging.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance on Adobe Creative Suite.
- Research and implement new design trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, and branding.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
