Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects including branding, digital assets, and print materials
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into visual solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with Figma or similar design collaboration tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating both aesthetic and strategic thinking
