Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop innovative visual solutions for digital campaigns, social media, and print collateral
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across diverse media channels
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and brand identity
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with responsive web design and motion graphics is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and diverse stakeholders
