Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact visual assets for digital campaigns, print media, and brand identities
- Lead design sprints and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches
- Create user-centered designs with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Present concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers and foster creative excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years professional design experience with portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience with motion graphics and basic 3D rendering (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
