Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for high-profile clients
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Create compelling digital assets including web banners, social media campaigns, and email marketing materials
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into digital products
- Manage design assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and visual composition
- Proven experience creating brand identities and marketing campaigns
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience working in fast-paced agency or corporate environment
- Knowledge of web design principles and responsive layouts
