Responsibilities
- Develop brand identities, digital campaigns, and print materials from concept to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, UX, product) to ensure cohesive design systems
- Create pixel-perfect assets for web, mobile, and social platforms using Figma and Adobe CC
- Lead design workshops and present concepts to executive stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve our brand design guidelines across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing sessions
- Analyze user feedback and iterate designs based on performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional graphic design experience with digital-first portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand strategy
- Experience designing for responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Proven track record of delivering projects on tight deadlines
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse brand campaigns and motion graphics
