Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery for high-profile clients
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and visual systems across digital and print media

- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Present design concepts to C-suite stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience with agency background
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity campaigns and digital design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects)
- Understanding of responsive web design principles
- Exceptional presentation and client communication skills
- Certification in Figma or similar design collaboration tools
