Responsibilities

- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure visual consistency across platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Conduct competitive research to identify emerging design trends
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders with strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 7+ years professional graphic design experience with agency background
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and campaign work
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Understanding of web design principles and responsive layouts
- Certification in design thinking or UX methodologies preferred
