Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution across digital platforms and print materials
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaign assets for web, social, and traditional media
- Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research and apply UX principles to enhance design effectiveness
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular portfolio reviews
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating brand design expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and Figma preferred
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present design rationale clearly
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complete brand identity projects
