Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative graphic design solutions for brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital assets
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops to align stakeholders on visual direction
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure cohesive visual experiences
- Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
- Present design concepts to clients and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team skill development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with agency or in-house portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand systems
- Experience designing for digital platforms (web, social, mobile) and print
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling and problem-solving
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
