Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design projects from brief to final delivery.
- Develop cohesive brand systems, typography, and visual languages for diverse client portfolios.
- Collaborate with Art Directors to maintain design consistency and brand integrity across all channels.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design iterations.
- Present concepts and design rationales to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and emerging digital technologies.
- Manage multiple project timelines to ensure high-quality output within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of agency-side professional design experience with a robust portfolio.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of layout principles, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and feedback-oriented environment.
