Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact visual designs for digital campaigns, print materials, and brand collateral
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops to ideate innovative solutions
- Maintain and evolve our brand design system across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with articulate rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and basic 3D rendering (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating both technical excellence and conceptual creativity
