Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery across digital and print platforms
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for high-profile clients
- Create visually compelling assets including social media campaigns, web interfaces, and packaging designs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities
