Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-impact visual assets including brand identities, digital campaigns, packaging, and editorial layouts
- Lead creative brainstorms and translate brand strategies into cohesive visual stories
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of design principles in digital products
- Present concepts to stakeholders and refine designs based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
- Experience with brand identity development and campaign design
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
