Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution across digital and print platforms
- Develop brand identity systems and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Create compelling marketing collateral including social media assets, presentations, and packaging
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of design principles
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, digital design, and campaign work
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design best practices
