Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final delivery across digital and print mediums
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and visual systems for enterprise clients
- Create high-impact marketing assets including social media campaigns, web interfaces, and packaging designs
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless user experiences across platforms
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to maintain quality standards
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Proven experience with branding, typography, and digital illustration
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with tech or SaaS clients preferred
