Responsibilities

- Create compelling storyboards, mockups, and prototypes for client presentations
- Lead design workshops to align stakeholders on creative direction and brand guidelines
- Optimize designs for multi-platform delivery (web, mobile, social, print)
- Manage design assets using DAM systems and maintain organized file structures
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing (After Effects)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign design, and user-centered design
