Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cohesive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems
- Design compelling digital and print assets (web banners, social media campaigns, packaging, brochures)
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into visually stunning content
- Lead design workshops and mentor junior designers to elevate team capabilities
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize design performance and engagement
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand design and digital campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into visually compelling solutions
- Exceptional typography, layout, and color theory skills
