Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for digital campaigns, product packaging, and brand collateral
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints using design systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven visual assets that drive engagement
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies (AR/VR, motion graphics)
- Optimize designs for accessibility and cross-platform compatibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with responsive design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
