Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution, including branding, marketing collateral, and UI/UX assets
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints using design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into visually compelling solutions
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize design effectiveness
- Manage design assets and maintain organized digital asset libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive visual solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating brand development and campaign design expertise
