We are seeking a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling for Lumina Digital. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative art and strategic marketing, crafting a cohesive brand identity that resonates with our global audience. You will manage complex projects from concept to final execution, ensuring our digital and print assets maintain the highest standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.
As a key member of our creative team, you will mentor junior designers, stay ahead of design trends, and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets, including logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and web assets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
- Lead the creative direction for major campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and developers to translate creative concepts into functional designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within strict deadlines using project management tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proven track record of developing brand identities and design systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, and motion graphics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
