What You'll Do:
At Apex Visuals, you will own the visual narrative for our clients. From concept to execution, you will ensure every pixel serves a purpose. You will mentor junior designers, review creative assets, and ensure our brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Brand Identity: Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Creative Execution: Design high-quality visuals for digital advertising, social media, print collateral, and website assets that align with strategic marketing goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (copywriters, developers, project managers) to brainstorm concepts and deliver projects on tight deadlines.
- Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creative excellence within the studio.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain the design asset library, ensuring efficient retrieval and usage of brand materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing department.
- Portfolio: A robust, online portfolio demonstrating a strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Software Proficiency: Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-creative stakeholders clearly.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
