Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact visual designs for digital campaigns, brand identities, and editorial layouts
- Lead creative direction for client projects from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure design consistency across platforms
- Manage design assets and maintain brand guidelines for multiple clients
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D rendering (Cinema 4D/Blender)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience in agency or corporate design environment
