Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities and visual systems for diverse clients
- Create compelling digital and print assets including UI/UX mockups, packaging, and marketing collateral
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and mentor junior designers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with design trends and software advancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
