Responsibilities

- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, digital campaigns, and print design excellence
- Experience working in fast-paced agency or tech environment with multiple concurrent projects
