Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to execution for digital campaigns and brand collateral
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into visually stunning solutions
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all client touchpoints
- Create compelling motion graphics and interactive media for web and social platforms
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Demonstrated experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects/Cinema 4D)
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Portfolio required showcasing both print and digital design excellence
