Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery, including brand identity, digital campaigns, and packaging
- Develop user-centered designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visual strategies with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to maintain quality standards
- Stay ahead of design trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand and digital work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing a plus
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
