Responsibilities
- Develop innovative brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets for diverse clients
- Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring pixel-perfect deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, strategy) to align design with business objectives
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design solutions
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale and strategic thinking
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typography skills and understanding of color theory
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving through design
