Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final production for digital campaigns, brand collateral, and experiential installations
- Create visually compelling assets including illustrations, infographics, motion graphics, and interactive prototypes
- Maintain and evolve brand design systems ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration of visual elements into digital products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular portfolio reviews
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual language
- Experience with motion graphics and interactive design tools (Figma, Principle)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
