Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems
- Create high-impact digital assets (web banners, social media campaigns, email newsletters) and print materials (brochures, packaging, signage)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, meeting tight deadlines and client expectations
- Conduct design research and present creative direction to stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and maintain an organized asset library
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with portfolio demonstrating brand development
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with Figma/Sketch for UI design collaboration
