- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business goals
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Manage design systems and maintain brand consistency across touchpoints
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional graphic design experience with agency portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing (After Effects)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
